In today’s world it is all about minimizing risks.  We at Elite, try to assist our clients with this function.  We are there to reduce, and maintain order.  Our staff have many years of experience between 5 - 18years and are experienced in conflict management, de-escalation and other security issues. 

The team pride itself on its expertise, in the security of premises, patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspection of buildings, equipment and access points and permitting entry.  

They are your first point contact to prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures and restraining trespassers. 

Director, Brett Parker who has 18 years experience in the industry, will head the Operations team up.  He will be supported by Senior Operations Manager , Jarek Suchecki,  with 14 years experience. The other members all have between 2 and 10 years experience in security based roles.

The Management, will be carried out by Jackie Donald who has many years experience with office and event management.  The Management service will ensure that clients will be informed of issues in writing to either themselves, a third party or both.   Quotations for services will be given within a 48 hour period and any concerns will be reported to the client in a similar turn around period.

Brett Parker

Operations Director

Director, Brett Parker who has 18 years experience in the industry, will head the Operations team up. Brett is very much a peoples person with a ‘can do’ attitude and always goes that extra mile to ensure top quality service.

Jarek Suchecki

Senior Operations Manager

Jarek is a confident, and highly organised member of the team.  He has excellent communication skills and remains calm under pressure.  With 14 years in security he has a wealth of experience to add to Elite. 

Jarek is particularly at ease with CCTV work,  corporate building and event guarding. 

Jackie Donald

Management Director

Jackie has many years experience with office and event management.  The Management service will ensure that clients will be informed of issues in writing to either themselves, a third party or both.

General Security Guards

All our permanent guards are fully  police checked/ trained and have a wealth of experience in the industry.  

 

All event staff are experienced and join the team temporarily in the summer months to assist in some of the Islands largest events.
